NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, June 24,
1981, to consider approval of a conditional use permit to allow for the construction of a savings and loan office with a drive-thru facility on property generally located on the northeast corner of Elm Avenue and Madison Street and more particularly described as:
Lots 1 thru 6 inclusive in Block 49, in the City of Carlsbad according to map thereof No. 535 filed May 2, 1888.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions please call the Planning Department at 438-5591.
