NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of
Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200
Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, August 12,
1981, to consider approval of a conditional use permit to construct a
sanctuary for the St. Patrick's Church on property generally located on
the northwest corner of Tamarack Avenue and Adams Street and more
particularly described as:
All that portion of Lot 236 of Thumlands in the City of
Carlsbad according to map thereof No. 1661 filed in the office of the County Recorder on December 9, 1913.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to
attend the public hearing. If you have any questions please call the Planning Department at 4 38-5591.
