RE: CUP 204(8) ST PATRICK'S PARKING LOT
Dear Mr. Wilkinson:
This will confirm our telephone conversation on October 26, 1990 and my subsequent
conversation with Joanne on October 31, 1990. It was a pleasure speaking with you
both.
We are concerned that some of the planting areas have a minimum dimension of less
than four feet. Furthermore, the plans do not show a solid wall separating the lot from
the abutting residential property to the east.
We understand you are currently processing a lot line adjustment between the parking
lot parcel and the residential property to the east. A possible way of providing adequate
space for the wall and the planting areas would be to move that property line further to
the east so as to increase the area available for the lot.
We hope this suggestion is helpful to you. When the above issues have been resolved,
we will proceed with processing your application. Please remember that further issues
may emerge as review proceeds. We look forward to receiving your revised plans soon.
Sin cerely,
ALAN SWEEN~GL
