Re: Application for Conditional Use Permit
Dear Sirs,
This is a letter to introduce you to our company,
Trans-World Recreation, Inc. It was founded in 1977
at Newport Beach, Calif. We also have a branch in
Hawaii and now would like to apply for a Conditional
Use Permit to operate a business in Carlsbad, out of
Snug Harbor at the Agua Hedionda Lagoon.
Our main purpose of operation at this site will
be Rental, Sales and Service of Jet Skis. We will
also be carrying a full line of other water products.
Our company has had years of experience in operating
a Jet Ski rental progam and prides itself in the fact
that we have not had a single accident. We feel this
is because we put a lot of time and thought into safety,
and also adhere to all local laws and regulations.
Our rental customers, are also, at all times, under
the watchful eye of a Trans-World Recreation employee
that has been trained in lifeguard safety and is aware
of all laws and regulations.
Having been a Carlsbad resident for 19 years, I
feel our company would be an added bonus to the cities
tourist industry as well as local residents. If you
