Therefore, we have no objections to removing these conditions from future entitlements. Condition No. 5 of PC Resolution No. 5862 requires submittal and approval of a Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) within 6 months of approval of the CUP extension. Condition No. 6 requires that the Best Management Practices (BMPs) be in place before the next annual review. Resolution No. 5862 was approved on April 20, 2005. Accordingly, this letter is to inform you that the existing (CUP 213x4) for the sale of alcoholic beverages at the Village Kitchen and Pie Shoppe is no longer required and is hereby repealed.
