4. CONTACT APPLICANT (OR OWNER) AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
FOR THE REVIEW.
5. COMPLETE REVIEW INFORMATION SECTION DURING REVIEW.
6. HAVE PRINCIPAL PLANNER REVIEW AND SIGN.
7. PLACE COMPLETED REVIEW SHEET IN ADMIN IN BOX AND A COPY IN
PROJECT FILE.
