Copies to: Those present Site observation lasted from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on February 23, 1983. Items discussed were as follows: 1. Bob described our intent with respect to total site lay-out with emphasis on locating most of the required parking within the 200 foot SDG&E easement. 2. Mr. Gutowski, as well as Mr. Howes, agreed that it could be so located, subject to their review and approval of our preliminary lay-out. Primary concern was providing a clear 30'-0" diameter access around the power pole structures and to maintain a 15'0" wide access road to each power structure. 3. No permanent structures will be allowed inside SDG&E easement. 4. Anything .that goes through the SDG&E easement (i.e. drainage lines) has to be approved by SDG&E Co. 5. It is alright to landscape easement parking area, with low trees. 6. Don't spill water run off from the easement, onto any other adjacent property. Larry Bell, Bob Evans, M.M.
