C I T Y 0 F VcARLSBAD Planning Division NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT EXTENSION February 7, 2013 Christ Presbyterian Church Attn: Reverend Doug Kelly 7807 Centella Street Carlsbad, CA 92009 www.carlsbadca.gov SUBJECT: CUP 229X3-CHRIST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH; RESOLUTION NO. 5541 This notice is to inform you that CUP 229x3 -CHRIST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH located at 7807 Cente.lla Street and originally conditioned to expire on June 7, 2013 is hereby extended without an expiration date by the City Planner pursuant to Section 21.42.11 O(D) of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. While your Conditional Use Permit (CUP) no longer has an expiration date, the CUP will continue to be reviewed by the Planning Department on an annual basis to ensure continued compliance with the terms and conditions of the permit. If at any time the department determines that the use may be out of compliance with the terms and conditions of the CUP, it retains the right to review this action and recommend that the approval be reconsidered.
