A public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers, 2960 Pi0
Pic0 Drive, on Tuesday, May 4, 1965, at 7:30 P.M., to consider
an appeal of the decision of the Planning Commission in granting . 'I,
a Conditional Use Permit to Francis John and Virginia E. Fox in
accordance with Ordinance No. 9060 of the City of Carlsbad, to
allow overnight camping on property located at FOX'S Snug Harbor
on the southerly side of Harrison Street, between the U.S. 101
Freeway and Adams Street, on the following described property:
Portions of Lots 11 and 12, in Block "C" of a resubdivision
of a portion of Tracts 238 and 243 of Thum Lands, Map 2103
in the City of Carlsbad; being Parcels 1 , 2, 3, 5 and 6,
Book 206, Page 132 of the Assessor's Map of San Diego
County; and portion of Tract 238, Thum Lands, Map 1681
in the City of Carlsbad, being Parcel 6, Book 206, Page 712
of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County, more particularly
described in application on file in the City Clerk's office;
et al, said appeal being made by Paul R. and Marion K. Heinbach/in accord-
and with Ordinance No. 9060 of the City of Carlsbad.
