MINORITY REPORT

I would like to make the following additions and
changes to the above report:
1. That the number of spaces be reduced to
10 parking bays.
2. That the time limit for this permit shall be
for 18 months.
3. That the area be designated R-T "Rec" in
accordance with the R-T Zoning Ordinance before this
permit becomes effective.
