SUBJECT: Conditional Use Permit at Fox's Snug Harbor
A report dated June 11, 1965, from the Planning Director concerning the above subject matter, was presented to the City Council at their regular meeting held June 15, 1965.
Considerable discussion was given this matter after which Resolution No. 1160 was adopted, granting the appeal made by Paul R. and Marion K. Heinback, et al, on the Conditional Use Permit granted by the Planning Commission to Francis J. and Virginia Fox, on the basis that (1) the Master Plan for the Harbor and the City has not been com- pleted; (2) the conditions as proposed would necessitate the policing of the lagoon to a greater extent; and (3) the present use of the land is the best use for the present time.
