Upon final accounting review by the District, the exoneration of bonds, etc. for water system improvements may now take place. If the balance of the work is acceptable to the City of Carlsbad, the District will concur in final acceptance of the project. Remarks: The owner/developer is(_) is not(~ required to file an Offer and Acceptance document for execution by the District's Board of Director's.
