Original resolution 2452: Still valid conditions of concern are those numbered 17 to 19 regarding outdoor lighting, ball field hours of use, and a minimum buffer strip between ball fields and riparian vegetation. In 2010, Kyle Lancaster indicated hours of use and lighting orientation have remained the same over the last several years and ring road around some ball fields establish a buffer strip and have been in place several years too. (Note: Ring road established along perimeter of east ball fields after 4/05; west fields separated from riparian by concrete drainage swale; swale in place since at least 4/05.) Resolution 3060: No conditions of concern. Resolution 5438: No conditions of concern. Conditions 5 and 6 re SWMP and installation of storm water BMPs effectively satisfied.
