We also request a refund of all fees paid to the City in conjunction with the applications. It is our understanding that you have determined that the proposed use does not require a conditional use permit nor an amendment to the adopted Specific Plan because the proposed use is consistent with the prior use (Wayside Inn) which included a restaurant, bar and live entertainment.
