RE: Rockwell Specific Plan and Conditional Use
Permit Application Withdrawal
Dear Ms. Landers:
We are requesting a withdrawal of the above referenced applications
pursuant to your advice given to our civil engineer, Mr. James
Hutchison on January 30, 1986.
We also request a refund of all fees paid to the City in conjunction
with the applications.
It is our understanding that you have determined that the proposed
use does not require a conditional use permit nor an amendment to the
adopted Specific Plan because the proposed use is consistent with the
prior use (Wayside Inn) which included a restaurant, bar and live
entertainment.
We understand that a cabaret license will be required by the Police
Department and we intend to make the proper application to t'nat
department for said license.
Yours truly.
