NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of
the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the
City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, Calif-
ornia at 7:30 P. M. on Tuesday, June 25, 1968, to consider
an application by Kenneth S. Baker, et al, to allow the
construction and use of a U. S. Post Office Building and
parking facilities located on property Northerly of Chest-
nut Avenue, between Harding Street and Interstate 5 Freeway;
said property being:
Portion of Tract 113 of Carlsbad Lands, Map 1661 in
the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California; being Parcels 12 and 19, Book 204, Page
110 of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County; more
particularly described in application on file in the
office of the Planning Department.
