SUBJECT: C. U. P. - Post Office Building - Roosevelt Street
and Madison Street.
The subject property is located between Roosevelt Street and
Madison Street, north of Grand Avenue. Both streets fronting
this development are local streets. Roosevelt Street has a
planned width of 66 feet and Madison has a planned width of
60 feet.
It is recommended that the following conditions be made a
part of the subject Conditional Use Permit.
1. Dedicate eight feet along Roosevelt Street and ten
feet along Madison Street for street purposes.
2. Construct street improvements (curb, gutter, side-
walk and pavement to centerline of street) on Madison
Street and construct standard P.C.C. sidewalk on
Roosevelt Street.
