NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City
of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers,
1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:30 P. M. on Tuesday,
November 12, 1968, to consider an application submitted by Jack and
Esther Ducy, Edward A. Moore, Daniel and Loisa Jauregui, v~:ilLian
c= SimS, Jr.,Donald and Leah Nowell and Howard and Xarjorie
Springsteen, to allow the construction and use of a U. S. Post
Office Building and parking facilities located on property Northerly
of Grand Avenue, between Roosevelt Street and Madison Street; said
property being:
Lots 36.and 37 of Seaside Lands, Map 1722, excepting
therefrom the Northwesterly 50.00 feet of the North-
easterly 183.4 feet of said Lot 37, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California;
being Parcels 6, 7, and 8, Book 203, Page 10, Parcels
1, 2, and 3, Book 203, Page 18 of the Assessor's Map
of San Diego County; more particularly described in
application on file in the office of the Planning
Department.
