Your letter of September 24, 1970
Dear Mr. Phillips:
This department's interpretation of the Plernning Commission's resolution approving the Post Office site, is that walls were to be constructed to protect and shield adjacent residential areas from the post office parking
facilities. Also, the municipal code requires the construc-
tion of six(6) foot high walls Between parking lots and
residential uses.
Therefore, any deviation from these requirements would
require approval of the City Planning Commission and Cf ty Council. P Verg truly yours, I
