Dear Mr. Johnston:
On the approved drawings you show a six-foot high masonry fence
required on the North 170' of the property adjacent to the
patron parking area and beginning at the sidewalk running East
to the first offset. The Post Office plot plan, which was
submitted for your consideration prior to your granting a
variance, did not show a fence at this location. Therefore,
we request that you review the earlier proposals and give
consideration to allowing us to omit the fence in this area.
