CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pbanning Commission of the City
of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers,
1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California at 7:30 P. M. on Tuesday,
November 26, 1968, to consider tin application submitted by WESTERN
LAND AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, to allow the construcion of a mobile
home park on property located on the Northerly side of El Camino
Real, approximately 3000 feet East of Kelly Drive on the following
described property:
Portion of Lot E, Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map 833, being
Parcels 13, 14, and 16, Book 208, Page 3 of the Assessor's
Map of San Diego County; more particularly described in
application on file in the City Planning Office.
