NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
A public hearing will be held fn the Council Chambers, 2960
Pi0 Pic0 Drive, on Tuesday, March 9, 1965, at 7:30 P. M., to
consider an application submitted by Carlsbad Raceway Company,
in accordance wdth Ordinance No. 9060 of the City of Carlsbad,
for a Conditfonal Use Permit to expand the present Conditional
Use Permit to include all types of racing events with operations
relative thereto, located approximately two miles East of
Palomar A-irport and North of Pslomar Airport Road, more partic-
ularly described as the S 1/2 of NW 1/4 and SW 1/4 of NE 1/4
all in Section 18 T. 12 S. R. 3 W.p S.B.B.M., being Assessor's
Parcels 2, 3 and 14 of Book 221, Page 010 of the Assessor's
Map of San Diego County; more partfcularly described in
application ~li file In the City Planning Office.
