NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONDITIONAL US€ !PERMIT
A public hearing will be held in the CounciiU Chambers, 1200
Elm Avenue, on Tuesday, June IO, 1969, at 7:30 P.M., to
consider an application submitted by Carlsbad Raceway
Corporation, in accordance with Ordinance Ro. 9060 of the City
of Carlsbad, for a Conditional Use Permit to amend the present
Conditional Use Permit to allow on-sale beer for all events
other than drag races and to extend the tiwe limit on the
existing Conditional Use Permit for a periad of ten (10) years,
on property located approximately two miles East of Palomar
Airport and North of Palomar Airport Road, more particularly
described as the S 1/2 of NW 1/4 and SW ]/4 .of NE J/4 all in
Section 18 T. 12 S. R. 3 W., S.B.B.M., being Assessorks Parcels
/
2, 3 and 22 of Book 221, Page 010 of the Assessor's Map of San
Diego County; more particularly 1 .I described im application on
