Re: Application of Carlsbad Raceway Corporation
Gentlemen:
The partners of Carrillo Rancho Partnership, owner of property known as "Carrillo Ranch", object to the proposed
amendment to the Conditional Use Permit to allow on-sale beer
and to extend the time limit on the existing Conditional Use
Permit for a period of ten years. As more than four years
remain on the existing Conditional Use Permit, an extension
at this time is unnecessary and unwarranted.
