As more than four years remain on the existing Conditional Use Permit, an extension at this time is unnecessary and unwarranted. grant of any extension, studies should be made to determine the best use of the surrounding property. Further, conditions may change substantially in the next four years which would cause any extension to be undesirable for the community.
