Gentlemen:
I am opposed to a proposed Conditional Use Permit to amend the
present Conditional Use Permit to allow on-sale beer for all events
other than drag races and to extend the time limit on the existing
Conditional Use Premit for a period of ten (10) years.
I oppose the proposed Conditional Use Permit because the drag strip
has devaluated my adjacent property and has stopped other develop-
ments from going into the area for the past five (5) years.
