Dear Mr. Slow:
San Diego Gas & Electric Company is in receipt of your improvement plan dated June 17, 1977 to develop a skateboard park and we look favorable on the project, subject to the following:

That all Federal State Rules and Regula- tions and clearances for overhead electric conductor be maintained at all times. The minimum clearance above ground that must be met is 33 feet.
That 24 hour vehicular access be provided for SDG&E1s equipment and personal.
That you agree to accept our standard letter of permit for the encroachment.
That no other construction or grading be per- mitted on the transmission R/tl without written permission of SDW.
That the most northerly skateboard track be ended at the easterly line of our 150 foot wide electric transmission right of way.
That absolutely no work whatsoever be started on our electric transmission right of way until the permit (paragraph 3) is accepted.
