I am enclosing a site plan of CARISBAD SKATEPARK showing our proposed sign program as required in CUP 42 - (E).
All signs along the fence will be a uniform 5 ft in height and the face will not be visible from Palomar Airport Road. The reverse side of each sign will be painted light tan and the background of the face of each sign will be the same color, a sea green. The signs on the overcrossings will not be visible from the road
The sign on the skaters center will conform to the City sign ordinance and will be visible from the road.
The banners shown will be on ropes stretched across the course and will be lowered when necessary as a traffic control to stop skating. These will be used mostly during weekend events or special events.
The sign over the entrance gate will be of similar design to the one on the skaters center and will arch over the entrance.
Several small signs providing information and rules and regulations of the park will be near the walk through entrance gates.
I request your approval of this program as outlined and assure you that we will provide proper installation and maintenance. Thank you.
