NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 14, 1976 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, Cali- fornia, to consider a Conditional Use Permit (CUP-42E) in accordance with Ordinance 9060 and Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code:
to allow a skate-park on an unused portion of the Carlsbad Raceway
on property located on the North side of Palomar Airport Road between El Camino Real and Linda Vista Drive, and more particularly described as :
SQ of NWk and the SWg of the NW+, all in Section 18, TlZS, R3W SBBM, San Diego County, being Assessor's Parcels 2, 3 & 14, Book 221, Page 010 of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County, and more particularly described in files of the City Planning Department.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions, please call 729-1181 and ask for the Planning Department.
