Dear Mr. Grismer:
This letter is to inform you of the deadline date of CUP 42-6,
approved by the Planning Commission on July 25, 1979. (See
attached Resolution No. 1534). Condition No. 3 of this resolu-
tion revoked the approvals of CUP 42 (D), 42 (E) and 42(F) , thus,
any deadlines established by these CUPS are no longer valid.
The new deadlines for CUP 42(D)(E) and (F) are now the same as
42-(G). Condition No. 6 of CUP 42(G) establishes a ten year
expiration from the date of issuance of the CUP (i.e. 7/25/79),
therefore, the expiration date of CUP (G) is 7/25/89.
