Mr. Joe Sandy, agent for Sparks Inc., has contacted our Department concerning
the traffic impact of CUP 42G on the intersection of Linda Vista Drive/
Palomar Airport/Encinitas Road as directed by your Planning Commission.

the intersection is adequate to handle the additional traffic generated by the development. However, in the future, consideration should be given to
relocating the access road to the recreation park and the motorcycle park away
