NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO P.M., on Tuesday, May 5, 1981, to consider an appeal of the Planning Commission denial of an amendment to a conditional use permit to permit the sale of beer at the U.S. Gran Prix Motocross, at the Carlsbad Raceway on property generally located on the north side of Palomar Airport Road west of Linda Vista Road and more particularly described as:
The south one half of the northwest one quarter and the southwest one quarter of the northeast one quarter of Section 18, Township 12 South, Range 3 West.
