Dear Commissioners:
The Vista City Council has asked me to advise
you of our concerns regarding the noise of the
Carlsbad Raceway. Although we do not currently
have any Vista citizens who are impacted by the
noise at the Raceway, upon future development
some of our citizens will be adversely affected.
At such time, we would ask that Carlsbad offi-
cials take action to mitigate the adverse noise
impact on our residents.
