SUBJECT: Motocross Beer Sales
I received the attached letter from Crutchfield's Conces- sions, asking for a permit to sell beer at the "Motocross" on June 26. I have also enclosed a copy of the Planninq Commission Resolution which allowed the sale of beer subject
to conditions. These conditions are listed on Page 2 of the
Resolution and pertain mostly to the Police Department.
Please let me know what additional info you need to get
Police Department clearance for this project.
