I received a telephone call from Pia Harris who serves
on the San Marcos City Council. She has a constituent who lives in the County area close to the raceway, Her constituent has voiced a complaint about fuel burning
blown engines. Also, it was my understanding that the
Raceway’s CUP permitted racing once a month. It was
alleged that they race more than once a month.
Will you be taking a look at this matter at your Planning Commission meeting on February 23. Will you please advise me what is being done.
