NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Camnission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chars, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, July 13, 1983, to consider approval of an amendment to the Carlsbad Raceway to update conditions on property generally
located two miles east of El Camino Real on Palamar A.irport Road and more
particularly described as:
The South half of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section
18, -hip 12 South, Range 3 West.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are mrdially invited to attend
the public hearing.
