This is a follow-up to my correspondence to you dated December 8, 1982. The
last sentence in the first paragraph, relating to the use of dragsters during the
monitoring period, is unintentionally misleading. There are apparently different
types of dragsters used at the Raceway,and one vehicle or one type of vehicle
is extermely loud. It was reported that this very loud type of dragster was not
used during the monitoring period, but that there was drag racing activity.
