I. On the evening of Mag 13, 1969 , the Planning Commission will consider subject application, We would appreciate receiving your comments prior to May 1, 1969 All comments will be incorporated in a comprehensive report to the Planning Commission.
Note: Copies of Exhibits E,F,G PI H and a Revised Plot Plan are
available for review in the Planning Department.

SUBJECT:
At the present time this department can only be concerned with the structures within this development and therefore would have
to meet the requirements of our present codes.
However, by the time construction has begun, other than grading,
I believe the City may have adopted the State of California Mobile Home Park Act and would have control of the complete project.
The City then could put more restrictive requirements on them, but would not be less restrictive than the Park Act.
