NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the
City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City
Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California at
7:30 P.M., on Tuesday, May 13, 1969, to consider an applica-
tion submitted by WESTkRN LAND AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY,
requesting certain Amendments to a Cbnditional Use Permit
which allows the construction of a mobile home park, upon
annexation to the City of Carlsbad, on property located on
the Northerly side of El Caraino Real, approximately 3,006
feet East of Kelly Drive on the following described property:
Portion of Lot E, Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map 823, beihg Parcels 14, 16 and a portion of Parcel 13, Book 208, Page 3 of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County; more particularly described in application on file in the City Planning Office.
