lYQTICB OF PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
ROTICB IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission
of tbll City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the
Cdty Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad? California
at ?a30 P.u., Tuesday, aebruary 9, 19718 to consider an
application submitted by SAN DIEGO GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY
to allow the construction and use of two(2) Low Sulphur
Fuel Oil Storage Tanks, on property located between the
A.T.BS.F. Railroad and Interstate 5, North of Cannon Road,
said property being:
A portion of Lot HI Rnnchs Aqua Hedionda, according
to Hap No. 823, in the City of Carlsbad, County of
San Diego, State of California, being a portion of
Parcel 271. Book 210, Page 010 of the Assessorrs Map
of San Diego County, and more particularly described
in applicatfon on file in the offioe of the Planning
Department.
