Subject: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (C.U.P. 60), CONDITION 12 - PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 730
Dear Mr. Pollard:
The City Planning Department conducted a strict inspection of your kennels and associated facility on July 12, 1976, and noted that a trailer is still present on the property. As the City Attorney indicated to you on March 30, 1976, Condition 12 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 730 requires that the trailer be removed.
It is requested 'that.you comply with the provisions of Planning Commission Resolution No. 730, Condition 12,by August 2, 1976. If the situation is not rectified, the matter will be referred to the City Attorney for necessary action.
