FROM: PLANNING DIRECTOR
SUBJECT: CUP 60, GAYCREST KENNELS
Following up on your meeting with Mitchell Pollard on March 30, 1976 concerning the above CUP, the Planning Department has written two letters to Mr. Pollard. These letters, dated July 14 and July 23, 1976 are attached.
Planning Staff inspected the site this afternoon and found the trai- ler present (photo attached). There were indications that the trai- ler is being inhabited (a sign on the trailer read "do not disturb occupant").
I am referring this matter to you for legal action at this time. This department has exhausted its means of bringing about conformance with the CUP.
