SUBJECT: RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 131 REVOKING CUP-60
The Planning Department, as a part of the City's program of Condi-
tional Use Permit- enforcement, has been working with the applicant,
Mitchell Pollard, to fulfill the requirement of Commission Resolu- tion 730, attached.
For various personal reasons, he has been unable or unwilling to comply with Condition 12 of that Resolution. Condition 12 states "that the trailer now in existence be removed within a period of one year".
The City Attorney has advised the Planning Department that the
appropriate enforcement action would be revocation of the CUP, since
the Resolution's conditions have not been met.
Staff, therefore, recommends that the attached Resolution of Inten-
tion be adopted, setting the matter to public hearing.
