On Friday, October 22, 1976, this office received 37 separate petitions containing a total of 762 signatures, protesting the revocation of the Conditional Use Permit issued to Mitchell Pollard, owner of Gaycrest Kennels. These petitions are on file in the office of the City Clerk.
