My discussions with Mr. Renshaw indicate that the Court
has ordered the property sold, that his client (Pollard's
ex-wife) intends to buy it. He represented to me that he
would immediately proceed to secure a court order, order-
ing the removal of the trailer in order to preserve the continued operation of the kennel. Hopefully, the matter can be resolved before the hearing on the 27th of October.
If the Planning Commission gets in trouble, they should
continue the matter for two weeks and ask that
Mr. Pollard have his attorney contact the City Attorney
in an effort to work the matter out.
