CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP-60)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:30 P.M., on Wednesday, October 27, 1976, to review its previous approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow an animal kennel and associated supervisory buildings on property described as follows:
The southerly two-thirds of Lot 4 of the southeast k of the southeast % of Section 29, S.B.M., and as further described on file in the Planning Department.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially
invited to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions, please call 729-1181 and ask for the Planning Department.
