FROM: Fire Department
This location has no water for f’irefighting. In addition it is approximately 5 miles from the fire station and rear access
to the property is over a dirt 6.0’ easement that may be impass- able for heavy equipment in wet weather.
Under the above circumstances we cannot provide adequate fire
and life protection in this area.
It has consistently been our recommendation that all building
permits and development in this location be frozen until an
improvement district is formed or other steps taken to eliminate the water and street problems.
