Dear Sir :
We are returning to you the application for dog kennel license for Mr. Mitchell I. Pollard, dated Nov. 20, 1972, marked "not under jurisdiction of this department" by the County Planning Department.
We are not sure just what information you wish from this office, but are hereby stating that this dog kennel is located at 7250 Ponto Drive, Carlsbad, and is operating under a Conditional Use Permit, as approved by the Planning Commission, a copy of Resolution No. 730 being enclosed.
