I would appreciate it if the Engineer could prepare the future improvement agreement for the Chappee parcels split and forward it to my office so I may secure its execution. I would appreciate receiving a plat of the area showing the location of the fire hydrant to finally eliminate Mr. Chappee's claim that the City has never told him where it was to go. No. 64 To confirm our discussion regarding the above referenced matter and your letter to Mr. Chappee dated November 1. 2. 3. All 29, 1973, we Gake the following repGesentations: Mr. Chappee stands ready, willing and able to execute a future street improvement agree- ment upon presentation of the same to him by the City. Immediate action will be taken by Mr, Chappee to confine all of his operations to the per- mitted premises. No derelict vehicles, tires, barrels or other materials will be stored outside the permitted premises, Immediate discussions will be had with the appro- priate City staff meinbers regarding location and installation of the fire hydrant and main, and a resolution of the parcel map-lot split. of the above shall be accomplished prior to Jan. 2, 1974, the date of the next regularly- scheduled Council meeting. -2- It is our understanding that if the above is not accomplished prior to the specified date, it will be your recommendation that proceedings be instituted by the City to revoke or modify the subject conditional use permit .
