Box 240 Oceanside, CA 92054 Attention Norman Wetter Planning staff has determined that the most effective way handle the fire hydrant requirement would be by FUTURE AGREEMENT. This, of course, would require an amendment to the Conditional Use Permit. RE: Eugene M. Chap per3 Planning staff has also reviewed the other conditions of the sub- ject Conditional Use Permit and have determined that possibly there are other areas of non-coinpliaflce. We will prepare a re- port to the Planning commission, possibly on the January 1.4th meeting. If the Planning Commission agrees that the Conditional Use Permit should be modified to allow a future agreement fur the fire ,hydrant and/or believe that a new public hearing should be held to determine complete compliance with the Conditional Use Permit, they should initiate the public hearing possi.bly for a meeting in February.
