SUBJECT: Chappee CUP - Ponto Salvage Yard,
It appears that Mr. Chappee does not intend to execute the necessary future agreements, pay fees etc., and record
a parcel map to meet a portion of the conditions of the CUP. He has been in receipt OF the necessary documents for four to six months now and we have made several phone inquiries as to the status of the parcel map recordation.
His engineer has inquired about potential lien on the pro- perty due to unpaid fees for professional services. Engi- neering will not be able to proceed further. Perhaps the CUP should be revoked?
