SUBJECT: CHAPPE CllP-64/PONTO SALVAGE YARD
The City Manager has directed Staff to initiate steps to set a public hearing for consideration of noncompliance to conditions for Conditional Use Permit 64(A) approved by, City Council Resolution No. 3053 and Plan- ning Commission Resolution No. 1135.
The City Engineer has noted, in a memo to the City Manager, dated Decem- ber 9, 1975, that the holder of the CUP (Mr. Chappee) had not at that date complied with the conditions of the CUP approval.
Approval of CUP(A), with conditions, was granted on February 11, 1975. The original CUP was granted on January 16, 1973. You will find them both attached.
Also attached are: (1) the memo from the City Engineer to the City Manager; (2) the Staff Report on CUP amendment request, dated February 11, 1975; and (3) a Resolution of Intention to set the item for a public hearing.
